How to Fight a Cold or Flu

Eat Garlic (a natural anti-biotic is produced when garlic is crushed, except the downside is that it evaparates very quickly, so chew quickly)
Eat Onions (asspecially red onions, which are easier to consume than their relatively white counterpart, as they are also a natural anti-biotic)
Drink tea with lots of lemon (lemon contains high quantitys of Vitamin C, which may help to lesson the symptoms)
