I sent them a message/E-mail through the form on their website (it took them two weeks to reply to my E-mail/message/question).
Their Terms of Service states that if for example you order 100,000 visitors, and you end up receiving 75,000, you would be refunded for the 25,000 undelivered visitors. They also say that all hits are unique, and gauranteed.
I asked if what they have said is true, and if it is, would it be true if the order was only 10,000 visitors, furthermore i asked if that's indeed true, if they would be able to deliver the missed visitors instead of giving a refund (logically, it would be a far better option for them).
I thought that i would never receive an E-mail from them, but i did, about two weeks later. Their reply was also very short. I don't want to wait two weeks for support if anything goes wrong, so use them at your own risk.
I Do NOT Recommend buyhitscheap.com in any way or form based on
1. their lack of interest,
2. lack of professionalism,
3. lack of courtesy to potential customers,
4. and it looks to me, that they're just another flashy website on the internet
