Hits/Visitors (you pay for them)
Most use proxies to give you massive hits by pinging your server, some use them to completely load your main page. Even though not all do that, it's difficult to find the ones that get the job done, the right way!
(please do some research, and alot of searching before deciding which service to sign up for, and possibly spend your money on)
Massive Directory and Search Engine Submissions
First, lets take a look at what's needed to submit to lets say 70% of the free directories: Verification Code before Submitting, Verification by E-mail, and in most cases a Reciprocal Link.
Does massive submission do that? NO
Oh yea, they'll submit your URL to 200,00 directories? Get Real... Wont Happen
Okay then, how about 50,000 directories? ... Wont Happen
Re Submissions
Automatic submissions to search engines and directories. Yes, this is the fast way to go up, at least that i know of. Your URL will be considered as Spam, it will be removed, banned, and no longer allowed on the search engines and directories. In the end, having your site spammed over and over again, just isn't worth a penny.
