Third: Not Free!. (98% Chance) Forth: URL _+ Details (46% Chance)
(the above are just estimated guesses to help you understand the differences)
If you submit to a directory, each may take you about 5 minutes, and more if you're linking back to them. By linking back to a directory (you do that right before you click on the Submit button) your submission will take hours, days, or weeks - When it could take months if you don't link to them.
How To Get Accepted
Provide accurate information (most importantly, accurate E-mail address), link back to them (on a specific page that isn't linked on any of your main pages, and all you have to do is let them scan the page before you submit, that way things go smoother, and they verify that you're not a SPAMMER), and the most important factor: Place Yourself In The Correct Category and Sub Category
